Manage and Maintenance Server System such Active Domain Controller, DHCP Server, DNS Server and all servers
Manage and Maintenance Local Mail Server, manage mailbox, create email account for all staff, and protect any attack of mail system.
Securing Local File Share server, ensure the user get access to Share drive with limit of access permission, protect document share from unauthorized access and other virus attack following IT Policy and Procedure.
Make sure Data are scheduled backup regularly and effective restoration following IT Backup and Restore Policy.
Ensure the Backup Server Application (Symantec Backup Server) is proper running and keep track the log of backup success/failed.
Manage and Maintenance all Core Application Server such as Sage System, HRMS server, WMS server, Web Server, Database Server, Testing Server...etc. Make sure those server are accessible from permitted user within 7/24 hours.
Maintains Antivirus Server and Client make sure license are deployed properly to all servers and computer client and virus definition are update to date.
Provide second level support to assist Helpdesk team for any critical issue.
Any other tasks/projects assigned by IT Manager.
