Job Description


This integral position is responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. Key responsibilities include business and market development; market research, and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising. The individual also need to coordinate other activities such as: public relations, even organization, product development, and distribution.

-Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
-Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
-Sourcing advertising opportunities and third parties marketing tool’s so as to maximize company outside exposure.
-Managing the production of marketing materials, including presentation, catalogues and samples.
-Writing and proofreading copy.
-Liaising with designers and printers.
-Organising photo shoots.
-Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
-Maintaining and updating customer database.
-Organizing and attending events such a conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibition.
-Contributing market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
-Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
-Managing marketing budgets.
-Evaluating marketing campaigns.
-Monitoring competitor activity.
-Analyses marketing situation, changes and economic requirement.
-Supporting the HOD and other colleagues.
-Other duties assigned by Direct Supervisor.
