Job Description

  • Provide information about service for IIS to student and worker and trainee
  • Responsible register student and worker and trainee
  • Prepare administrative letters that relevant to company.
  • Follow up letters in and out in the way of administrative procedure.
  • Keep other documents, legal letters from other unit of company.
  • Manage office stationary, company’s properties, fixed assets and inventory of company.
  • Control security guard, and sanitation inside and outside office.
  • Keep all document and report file into the cabinet file.
  • To do monthly report of admin unit and monthly meeting report to Head Office
  • Ensure the hygienic and cleanness of office environment
  • Hospitality Management
  • Other duties assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree of Management or any related fields
  • At least 1-2years of related work experience
  • Good in English speaking listening and reading
  • Accurate with Computer skills(MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written communication 
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving skills 
  • Critical thinking skills
