Job Description

  1. Preparing Contacting Plan, Strategy, and strictly implementation
  2. Arrangement actual time of Sending workers, from company (IIS) to destination
  3. Call in-out from time to time strictly with the report in KPI
  4. Analyzing, Surveying & Recommending of Marketing Situation and Customer in Thailand (Broker, Employer) statistic to MD or Ass. MD with the report form by the 21st of the month
  5. Communicate & Coordinate to Customer in Thailand (Broker, Employer) regarding Quota/Demand/Guarantee letter/Calling Visa, follow up documents sent & received to Thai
  6. Consultancy and Advice to worker to solve out any issues in Thailand
  7. Sign & acknowledge on Invoice and Receipt, to make sure the payment is OK
  8. Follow up & Responsible all payment and deduction are due to.
  9. Daily & Weekly & Monthly report of your activities to HRM, MD Or Ass. MD
  10. Daily Minute meeting & Strengthen policies and regulation with relevant Department
  11. Create standard filing system, follow by instruction of Admin manager
  12. Follow up all related documents being processing, involved with your tasks. To keep inform Customer in Thailand
  13. Study about the competitors, Report to MD or Ass. MD
  14. Monthly check and report to Admin &  Finance & Recruitment Department of the workers ran away, including oversea police report and status
  15. Prepare Short Course Orientation & Training Program for workers before departure, follow by employer procedure & requirement, MOLVT Training Curriculum
  16. Answer customers' questions about services information, prices quote, and availability.
  17. Consult with clients after sales, to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  18. Contact regularly to prospective customers to demonstrate services, explain services features, and receive orders
  19. Inform to Customer in Thailand of their worker the dispatch dates
  20. Identify prospective customers by using previous contact, worker relative, contact number from work in Thailand following leads from existing clients, participating in seminar, meeting, conferences, and organization
  21. Monitor market conditions, service innovations, and competitors' services, prices, and sales;
  22. Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs
  23. Provide customers with service samples and catalogs
  24. Recommend services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.

Job Requirement

  • Male or Female
  • Age Over 27 years old
  • Khmer or Thai Nationality
  • At least 2 year experience in Coordinator or Customer Service
  • Bachelor's Degree in field of English Language or (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English & Thailand
  • Able to communicate by English & Thailand
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Possible to work in long term
  • Able to work as a team
