●Make purchase order to supplier both in Cambodia and abroad.
●Planning and organizing import plan.
●Preparing and processing document for import/export and follow up shipment.
●Coordinate with Transport Company to ensure the smooth of import/export shipment.
●Handle in registration all stock-in and out.
●Warehouse and inventory management.
●Ensure materials/products are properly and orderly stored.
●Prepare and Deliver all purchase orders to customers on time.
●Do monthly inventory report.
●Assist administrative tasks.
●Other tasks assigned by Superio
●At least bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or Management.
●Excellent command of spoken and written English
●Minimum 1 year experience in Business Administration, Management or logistic.
●Experienced in procurement from foreign/local supplier.
●Experience/knowledge of logistic and customs clearance process.
●Good management and organization skill.
●Hardworking, self-motivated and results oriented.
●Reliable, flexible, Responsible.
●Initiative and able to handle multi tasks.
●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good in problem solving skill.
●Computer literate, MS office, Internet, and E-mail.
-Working Day: Monday to Friday
-Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday
-Work time: 8:00-17:00 (1hour break)
-Location: 7th Floor, Heng Asia Plus, Phnom Penh
Salary: From $200 up (Based on ability and experience)
