1) Customer Service
Greet and assist customers as necessary when other team members are busy.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
2) Store Management
Assist the store manager in executing store operations (sales processes, orders and payment).
Support the store manager in implement marketing programs.
Conduct daily morning checks on product displays and price tags.
Ensure floor and housekeeping standards are met.
3) Inventory Control
Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times.
Track, maintain and monitor store inventory.
Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing
slips or other documents.
Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
Keeps and updates records of good received and issued.
Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure.
Provide feedback and guidance to the team on the quality of customer service.
Motivate the team to perform their best.
Coach and support other team members.
5) Reporting/ Administration
Compiles report monthly stock report to store manager.
Maintain stock and consumption records.
Ensure proper scheduling of the team to meet business objectives.
Assist store manager when the store manager is off and report to store manager of any issue.
Prepare document and cashiering document to send to related department.
Arrange the weekly meeting with the team to achieve goal.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
